Creating a quality awareness within your company

Is there a quality awareness in your company?

„Homines sumus, non dei!“

What is quality?

The term Qualitas (Latin: "quality") is now standardized worldwide. Quality is defined as: "The realized composition of a unit with respect to the requirements."
Quality can be represented through objective and subjective measurements as well as through the process of quality design.
The control loop shown below illustrates how quality is created:
Quality develops through a continuous improvement process by identifying deviations between existing quality and requirements and deriving measures for optimization.

Why is quality in important your company ?

To ensure the long-term success of a company, a quality management system must be established to ensure that product requirements are met.

The interested parties (stakeholders) play a central role:

  • Customers

  • Legislators (standards/guidelines)

  • Your own company

Effective quality management ensures that a product released to the market meets the requirements of all stakeholders.

If this is not the case, there is a risk of image losses due to declining order numbers or, in the worst case, legal consequences (product liability).

Do you know your quality goals?

My contribution:

  • Development and documentation of your quality objectives

  • Presentation of quality management with a focus on the purpose and benefits to create a strong quality awareness among your employees.
